This is a contribution, from Rick (thanks again) and once in a while, it's in FLAC format. Enjoy.

Any tip how to download this?
My attempts through your link which leads to the "lix.in" page are still unsuccessful. Every time when I type in the required letters new combination keeps coming in like I'm failing to type the right combination every time.
Thanks

Well, I see some of you are facing problems with lix.in download system, which has been properly running from the early times of the blog. My confusion comes from the fact that you are 'typing letters' (?). You just need to copy/paste the URL, click, go the lix.in page, click on 'continue' and that's it. Or give me more details about what you're dealing with, and I'll fix it.

That's how it works with other of your links.Just link to LIX.IN page with CONTINUE button and voila! On this one I am getting the same LIX.IN page but with the pictures of twisted letters bellow the CONTINUE button and bellow the letters the box where I need to retype them(I guess) in order to continue. But When I do that the only thing that happens is the set of letters above just changes and I need to type them again, and again and again......It happens only on PETE LA ROCA's and NOAH HOWARD's albums. Others are fine as you have explained.

I ran into the reloading letters too. I tried typing in all caps, and it worked; looks like the thing is case-sensitive.

That said, great post! I haven't heard much of Gilmore (was never much into Sun Ra), but i was really impressed. Is that a phaser on the sax early on?

Was this not also released under Chick Coreas name as "Bliss" ( Bliss! (Muse MR 5011))?

Thank you! Great stuff...

IMHO, Gilmore's solo on "Love Planet" ranks among his best playing recorded outside the ranks of the Arkestra.
